Consumer Returns (Online Purchases)
Retail customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU and Irish consumer law.
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
Proof of purchase (invoice or order details) must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item
Please return goods carriage paid to:

Please include:
Your invoice or order reference
Your name and address
Reason for return
We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds may be reduced only where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning, as permitted under EU consumer law.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Custom-made or personalised items
Special-order items
Items that have been installed or used
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:
We will cover return shipping costs
A full refund or replacement will be offered
Trade Customers
Trade purchases are excluded from consumer cooling-off rights. Returns for trade customers are subject to prior agreement and individual terms.
