Here at Towing Equipment Limited, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all the information you need to know about delivery options, times and charges when you place an order with us.

Delivery service & times

next day delivery via dpd

  • Orders placed before 3pm on working days should be dispatched the same day
  • If an item is in stock, delivery is usually the next working day
  • There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public Bank Holidays
  • Orders placed on Friday will normally be delivered on Monday
  • Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will normally be delivered Tuesday
  • Large items, such as TentBox roof tents or similar larger or oversized items may have longer delivery times – customers will be advised as such on the product pages and at the checkout

delivery charges

  • Standard next day delivery : €10.00 (inc VAT)
  • Larger or oversized items may have higher shipping charges and longer delivery time
  • or may only be available for collection — customers are advised at checkout and on the product page if this applies.

delivery requirements & information

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate
  • We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
  • You will need to provide a telephone number in case the carrier needs to contact you
  • Most deliveries require a signature. If there is nobody available to sign, the courier will leave a card – please contact them directly to rearrange a delivery time to suit within 5 working days, otherwise goods may be returned to our premises at a cost to the customer
  • All requests to leave parcels without a signature are at the risk of the customer – Towing Equipment Limited and the carrier cannot be held liable for loss or damage in these cases

You can collect your order from our premises when you choose Collect from Premises at checkout.

Photo ID (e.g. Driving Licence or Passport)
